"Decent lighter, but the price felt a little steep"
The lighter works fine and I don’t really have any complaints about how it functions. I just felt like the price was a bit high for what it is, especially since I’ve seen similar ones for less elsewhere. To be fair, it’s not a bad product, I just don’t think the value quite matched the cost.

"Support took forever to get back to me"
I emailed support and then just... waited. Checked back the next day, nothing. Then another day went by. It ended up taking days to get a reply, which was frustrating for something I thought would be simple...

"Easy refund, no hassle"
I returned one lighter and the refund was back on my card within a few days. It was super straightforward with no drama at all. I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I ordered from zippo-lighter.org and the shipping took way longer than I expected. Not great.
The tracking was confusing and barely updated. I waited several days with no clear info.

"Not totally sure it was a real Zippo"
I ordered a lighter from zippo-lighter.org and it did arrive quickly, which I appreciated. That said, I’m not completely sure about the quality. The finish had a few small marks on it, and the hinge felt a bit looser than I expected. I can’t say for sure whether it wasn’t authentic, but something just felt a little off. For the price, I was hoping it would feel more solid.
